Travel to La Paz from Puno in a comfortable tour bus. This trip takes about (2 hours 45 minutes) from Puno city until Kasani (border between Peru and Bolivia) where we will start the process of verification and passport control (20-30 minutes) then we continue the trip for 30 minutes more until to arrive at Copacabana and we´ll change our bus (1 floor buses) to cross the Strait of Tiquina.
After crossing the strait, continuing with the trip (3 hours more) we will arrive to La Paz city. Total Trip Duration is 3 hours 30 minutes approx. And there is only 1 departure time:
07:30am departure Puno > La Paz 16h30 (Bolivian Time).

What Is Included?
- Pickup from hotel in Puno only if in Puno downtown area.
- Bus departure to Copacabana.
- Stop at a Kasani border for migration documentation. We recommend chaning money in Kasani since the exchange rate is better at the Peruvian side.
- Arrival in Copacabana.
- Free time for lunch or city tour.
- Bus departure to La Paz.
- Stop at Strait of Tiquina. Here we get off the bus to cross the lake by boat for 10 minutes.
- Arrival in La Paz main terminal located at Av. Uruguay and Av. Perú.
What is not included?
- Food/drinks on board (Please bring your own snacks or drinks).
- Lunch. You pay for what you consume during lunch stop in Copacabana.
- US Travelers must pay a tourist visa tax of $135USD to enter Bolivia.
